Kari Bagby
Owner / Master Stylist
Kari has been a professional hair stylist in Roanoke for 10 years. She has recently taken the next step in her career and opened Karisma Salon in 2018. She specializes in creating natural placement with highlighting, low-lighting, color and grey coverage.
Kari places high value on building relationships with her clients and understanding how to best meet their needs. Outside of the salon, she loves all things sweet, like pugs!
Becky Ashton
Master Stylist
Becky has been a professional hair stylist in Roanoke for 14 years. She specializes in cutting edge coloring techniques. She is also well known for her artistic cutting skills, especially with short hair.
Becky prides herself on making each client feel unique and special. When she’s not in the salon, Becky is a dedicated cat mom to two fluffy and wild kitties.
Rebekah Lynn Murphy
Master Stylist
Rebekah has been a stylist in the Roanoke area for 16 years. Color, including balayage and foil blonding services are a passion for her.
She also specializes in thick, textured and long hair.
Outside of work Rebekah spends her time hunting dinosaurs with her young son, or spending time with her husband.
Elizabeth Agee
Esthetician
Elizabeth obtained her Cosmetology license in 2015. Realizing her true calling was in the field of aesthetics, she enrolled in Esthetician school in 2019 and has been practicing ever since. Her passion lies in facilitating relaxation for clients through facial therapy while also aiding them in achieving their individual skincare goals! She looks forward to furthering her education by pursuing her Master Esthetician license in 2024.
When not at work, Elizabeth enjoys reading and thrifting! She also enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband.

The Oi line contains Roucou Oil, derived from a plant native to the Amazon, to help decrease damage caused by UV rays and prevent aging. It also contains beta-carotene to help restructure the hair and aid in its growth.
Davines focuses on crafting thoughtful designs for all of their products featuring naturally derived ingredients that have proven results. All of their products are handcrafted and packaged in Parma, Italy.
